Scope of work:
Floor Plans redesign for a two-stories apartment (duplex).
We already have a floor plan, but we are not satisfied, and we need another design to take into account these requests:
1- Upper floor
a. Kitchen possible with an island and dinning table for four
b. Living Room with TV and a fire-place
c. A small toilet
d. A design for the balcony of approximately 40sqm. Table for 6, barbecue, maybe a storage closet etc
2- Base floor
a. 1 master bedroom with a walking closet and a balcony included
b. 1 bedroom for two kids and a balcony included
c. 1 spacious bathroom
d. 1 tech room for washing machine/dry machine and ironing table
e. 1 small home-office corner or room
f. 1 shoe & jacket closet at the entrance
The original floor plans are not correct, since the upper floor is going to be 5.5m wide instead of 4.2m.
You should provide 2D floor plans in CAD format.
