Required Foreign Exchange Trading,MetaTrader 4 (MT4),MQL 5,MQL 4,Python freelancer for Forex EA development and strategy testing job

I am looking for an experienced MT4/MT5 development expert that can help me build an expert advisor and perform extensive strategy testing. Advanced strategy testing methods and the ability to program many different inputs and functions into the EA will be necessary. Any developers that also have trading experience and/or machine learning experience will be prioritized because those skills will be needed in the later in the project, but those skills are not necessary for this job. I will share a document with right freelancer that provides an overview of the trading strategies that will be used, the required inputs for the expert advisor, what information needs to be gathered during strategy testing, and the goals/final products of each stage of the project.
