I am looking for framework around development, to the lowest level, with check and balance.
E.g: for requirements gathering, who is gathering, what are they gathering, once done, who reviewed it ( lead, manager, tech lead, etc etc), need 2-3 level of approval and then a final sign off. A link to where they are putting the requirements ( JIRA).
I have, 80+ people on a project, need to hold people accountable for their task ( regardless if its testing, requirements gathering, data validation etc etc) want to make sure the leads are reviewing the task, then the product manager are reviewing it then a Sr Manager). Need framework which will allow me to give visibility
across my whole team, who is doing whats, and who approved it,, for tacking purpose, Bandwith visibility, and utilizing my full team to they strengths. Call it master templates or master framework. I do understand this could be couple documents ( PowerPoint/ excel or both), i am open, as long as I can implement a structure around teams. Open for more ideas or more detail.
