The freelancer is required to created an automated script which web scraps specific data from two websites into a .txt file.
The outputted .txt should be formatted as to allow easy extraction into a list or dictionary. See the uploaded txt file for an example.
The uploaded file shows that similar data exists on website1 and website2. The similar information should be placed close to each other for easy extraction from the file.
Because of this the script should be able to determine similar statistics. This can be accomplished through string comparison.
After a freelancer has been hired they will be given the full project details, at this point they will have the opportunity to determine if they are suited for the job. Otherwise they are free to reject the project.
To ensure you have read the job description use 'close file' in the last sentence of your offer. Else you will not be hired.
The preferred programming language is python. However, this is not a necessary requirement for the job.
