Required software development freelancer for Freeswitch DTMF not detected job

We are using a freeswitch for IVR , when ivr plays it ask to press dtmf. Some time dtmf works fine while some time it does not . We have done a packet capture for both cases. in sip trace dtmf is captured but freeswitch does not detect one of them. I am sharing both files where dtmf is detected and one where dtmf is not detected by freeswitch.
