Required software development freelancer for Fresh Desk Expert Required for Setup Of System job

I have just signed up to FreshDesk and need someone that knows what they are doing to help me get it all setup in the way I want it to work.

I have 5 clients that I manage the customer support for, so if a customer goes on their website and sends a support email then it will come to me. At the moment this is managed on Outlook but I want to upgrade that and start using a proper system like FreshDesk.

You will need to setup the support emails for the 5 clients and also add social links if needed.

I need someone who can be our go to person for this platform.
