Required software development freelancer for Front-end (Ember.js) developer job

We are looking mainly for someone who has Ember experience and will be highly efficient in translating a redesign (in a Sketch file) of Naybur (including improved flows) into Ember/CSS. There will be a good deal of CSS and we want to find someone who knows how to work with SASS and is able to implement clear and maintainable styles using BEM (block element modifier) methodology.
We are looking for someone who will be productive and effective on the above out of the gate, but they will not be on their own as I will be guiding the development. In short, it will be part purely style work but part rewiring the flows and light addition of features as the redesign calls for it. I will be laying the work out in a clear way so no one will be on their own. Experience with Elixir/Phoenix is a plus and would be something we could leverage down the road if not right away.
