Required software development freelancer for Full time: Angular/ C#.net/ MySQL/ SQL developer job

Build a .net core application in c# that parses a set of XML files and stores the content in a MySql database. The XML files get updated periodically so the application/ database needs to be able to handle these updates. Parsing of other types of files, such as PDF, HTML and Text will also be involved. Once the data is stored in the database, an angular application would need to be built that displays the data from the database and allows the user to modify it.

I am looking for someone who can commit for a long term project.
