I'm looking for someone to do some research on my Polish heritage for a Polish citizenship through dissent. I have done ancestry back to the 1800s and have my grandparents and great grandparents information in Poland. See immigrated to the US in 1860 but I need to locate their siblings and anyone that stayed in Poland and declared their citizenship in 1820 when pollen became a country. This is what the lawyer in Poland says I need to be able to move forward with my citizenship application:
As a consequence of this, to prove your and your ancestors' citizenship, two requirements must be fulfilled simultaneously:

1. At least one of your Polish ancestors should have declared his Polish citizenship in the Polish consulate. We need the proof that this took place.

AND

2. Polish population census listing at least of your ancestor(s) has to be found.

Is this something you can do and if so what would be the approximate amount of hours and charges ?
