Looking for a talented ghost writer to help with a nonfiction book on the psychological principles of collaboration.
I am writing a book in the tradition of nonfiction popular books on psychology such as by Stephen Pinker, Noah Yuval Harari, Jonathan Haidt, Jared Diamond, and Malcolm Gladwell. The book is well researched in current psychological research and principles, and vetted by a group of leading academics. While the book will be conceptually accurate (not oversimplified) the style needs to be accessible and rewarding, at about the eight grade level. Its primary readership will be the nonfiction business reader.
I have two chapters in the form of powerpoint presentations that have been transcribed, and a third chapter to be recorded this month. The first stage of writing will be to convert the transcripts into clear prose. At that point we will evaluate the chapters and see whether they flow, or whether they will require a thorough rewrite.
I'm looking for someone who knows how to deal articulately with these concepts.
A note: I am a life coach educator and run a very stable business with a very large email list and plenty of promotional resources. I am also quite accustomed to writing direct response copy and teaching to the 6th grade level, with clear metaphors and analogies and other teaching aids. I have a next book mapped out - so this is the first of several projects. I would love to find the right writer for a long and mutually beneficial relationship.
Please describe your education in detail, your work experience that pertains, and share some examples of your writing.
Note I am looking for native North American, United Kingdom or Oceania based English speakers. Cannot use English as Second Language.
