Toogit Instant Connect Enabled

I have a local GitLab setup and I'm trying to install Gitlab Pages on it.
I followed the documentation for the simplest setup.
I added the A record to my internal DNS
I added the line in gitlab reconfigure
But when I browse to the pages link I get a 404.
