Required software development,Website Development freelancer for Graphical User Interface job

I am looking for someone who can develop a graphical user interface for our device. Please include IWH so I would know you actually read the description. If you can get this task done in a way that I like, there is a big chance that you become a part of my company and we continue working for the long term. So look at this as an opportunity, not a source of money.

Our system has been developed based on ROS. We currently use a computer with Intel core controlling a Labjack and an Arduino.

Here is what we need:
1. Migrate from Intel core to ARM core. It doesn't need to remain on ROS.
2. Develope a GUI which will be able to control the complete system.
