Required software development freelancer for Hikvision NVR and Ubiquiti Edgerouter X Port Forwarding Help job

We have changed our router hardware to Ubquiti Edgerouter ER-X and the port forwarding is resulting in timeout from the device when trying to view it in the iVMS-4500 App. We looking for someone who can help with configuring these devices so that we can view cameras in our office from our mobile app.
