We need a Bootstrap Homepage re-design for our custom theme. We don't use a page builder. The basic sections and ideas are laid out and organized. We have a couple of PSD graphics that need some work.

The theme supports youth employment and education. The contractor must be great with Bootstrap and Photoshop mockups.
