I am looking for someone to bid on this job. I have provided two floor plan examples. The page with the grid lines is the main floor the plans with the loft is the second floor.
Main Floor:
I need the page with the grid to be converted to look more like the design of the second page (loft) - no grid lines, room names, and room size deminsions. Each grid block is 1 foot in length.
Second Floor: I also need someone to make some modifications to the second level lay out.
- I want the loft room to be square. This will require the bathroom to be slightly shifted up which will require the closet in room two to be reduced. I want the small hallway leading into bedroom 3 removed.
- The second floor room and loft sizes may need to be increased to fit over the main floor below.
I also need to know the exact sq footage.
I will most likely have some modifications after your first draft. I will also pay for 3 to 5 future draft projects.
Please respond with examples that look similar to the second-floor draft.
