Required Graphic Design,3D Design freelancer for I need a design that features pitbulls ideal for t-shirts job

I own a website featuring pit bull physical products. I believe pit bulls are truly a gentle breed that has gotten a bad reputation I want to promote their playful and gentle fun side. But I'm also okay with sarcastic things, as long as they're funny. The designs should be in png or jpeg. I have adopbe photoshop but I don't know how to use it yet. I have attached some examples, but they are someone else's designs. And not that unique.
