Required software development,Website Development freelancer for I need a E-Commerce guy that can help optimize my site to close sales and get email addresses job

We need our site to do a better job of closing customers and getting email information. So I'm looking for someone to put up:

1) An offer for abandon cart customers
2) If they turn that down offer a popup that will encourage them to give their email address?
3) Fix our download pop-up to get email addresses.

Ideally you would look at the site and provide a proposal on what you would do to increase sales.

Could be ongoing work especially if you can help drive traffic and collect email addresses for further marketing.
