Required software development freelancer for I need someone to help me maintain my web server environment job

I am looking for someone to grow with my company.

I run a small online marketing company in Australia part time and I am looking to take it full time. I have VPS environment and I am looking for someone with the below skills to administer it:

1) Security
2) Speed
3) Patching
4) Backups

In short I need a stand in server admin that can grow with the team. Initially I will pay for an audit review of the current environment and then separately for the work that need doing. Then as the work grows I ideally want to bring this person on in a greater capacity.
