1. Assess the present state of the practices and procedures related to ISO27000 certification that are followed in my company.
2. Create a gap analysis
3. Write the documentation for the practices and procedures that need to be created and also improve those where appropriate practices are being followed
4. Train the organisation for implementation
5. Handhold during implementation including carry out at least 2 audits
