Required Web Design,Website Development freelancer for Interactive Talent Database Website job

Hi there,

I'm looking to put together a website which aims to act as a way for people to easily find the right crew/actors for their productions. Think Backstage or Actors Access meets facebook but with a much simpler user interface and more of a specialized audience.

The site would need to hold reels (video files), headshots and resumes, as well as profiles. We would also need a place to post jobs and a protected chat option to connect people securely.
