I have a small business for services (LTD: 1 shareholder/director) based in the UK, but I'm moving to the Netherlands. I want to know the best option to move forward with my business taking into account financial and tax benefits (for example: should I just keep performing services from my UK ltd, or move my business to the Netherlands, or should I open a branch in the Netherlands, etc). It is therefore very important that you have thorough expertise of and experience in both UK and Dutch financial systems, tax laws and available benefits (both for businesses and individuals) to be able to compare the different options and get to the best solution. It would be beneficial if you also have knowledge of pensions, since I'd also want to take into account the options I have for building a pension.
