Required Accounting freelancer for International Tax Expert EUROPE job

Hello,
I am looking for an international tax expert, expert of tax laws in european countries.
Somebody who knows about treaties, who can file taxes for me in any country (if/when needed) or take care of the filing issue for me when/where necessary. I just don't want to do nothing of that, and am after somebody who manages it all for me.
