Required Cordova,Ionic Framework freelancer for Ionic Framework App with push notifications job

In this project I want on simple page to open on which it will ask for Login credentials once user submits that app will send username password to api1 which will check wether this user exists or not and returns unique id of that user then app will send unique token of that mobile device with returned unique id to api2 if this api returns true then app will open a link given by me into a in app browser.

Now if app is minimised and after some time user comes back app will send unique id and token to api3 which will check wether user exists and returns true then login to the given link in app browser without asking user login credentials

This the task that's it only few minor changes you will be asked to do.
