IT Support Specialist would utilize technical skills to log in remotely to PCs via TeamViewer or other remote software such as a LogMeIn and install, configure, uninstall and upgrade the company software. You will communicate with the development and administration team members via e-mail and Skype to ensure the configuration is correct and that they can validate.
You will work directly with customers, clients and the development/admin teams on a daily basis.
