For our growing team, we are looking for someone to help us with our daily business. Due to the nature of the product, we are selling we'd prefer to hire female Freelancers already having at least one kid/baby, but obviously, we are also giving everybody else a shot.

Your job would be to answer e-mail requests and live chats using Zendesk web interface. Translating and/or proofreading content from English to Italian needed occasionally. After some time you might also be responsible to answer telephone requests.
Fluent German or French knowledge is a plus.
