Good Morning -
- I am looking to create an international job board whereby basic information is collected from both recruitment agency and candidate for a niche job sector.
CLIENT SIDE -
- Posting a job is quick and easy (don't want recruitment agency to be deterred by this process!) I would also like them to be able to post blogs (1st paragraph only which go to a different section on the site away from the job searches) which link back to their personal site.
- I would also like the recruitment agency to create a profile on themselves on our site with links back to their site.
- The jobs they post I want to automatically be picked up by Google for Job and other sites that would boost the jobs out. To begin with I would also like the jobs board to pre-populate with other jobs site's listing relevant to our niche.
- The jobs each recruitment agency post will go to their 'public profile' as well as the overall 'jobs bank'. *if there's an option for the employer to choose whether their whole identity is private or select jobs they post would be a bonus!*
- In time I would like there to be an option for direct employers to post jobs also, which I imagine would be the same process as a recruitment agency, minus the blogging option and definitely private / anonymous.
- Will monetize on the job posting but will keep it free to begin with to attract people then implement way to make money either per job / per month / featured job / access to resumes (which will come later because we currently have ZERO!)
CANDIDATE
- Can access all job 'snippets' across the whole site but will need a login to view employer / full job description etc etc (need to entice them to sign up / show value)
- Basic sign up (name email phone profession within niche resume upload zip code)
- Allow them to have their resume visible to recruiters or not (public / private setting)
- Newsletter setting - keep updated on new blogs new jobs in an area new agencies posting jobs, multiple agencies.
JOB SEARCH
- super simple, radius, type, pay, schedule, benefits offered, keywords (job seekers can save specific job search)
I believe that to be everything, would welcome someone that can
- bring fresh ideas to this from a tech standpoint
- set up the website totally with full SEO / Analytics / SLL / Theme support = ready for long term success and GROWTH
- set up full automation so I have minimal if ANY need to get involved in the day to day (is this a thing?)
- ongoing support / longevity if needed OR the tools to pass along to somebody else should you not want to provide ongoing help.
