Position: Junior Integrator
Status: 10-20 hours/week with possibility for increase, Contracted
Compensation: $20-$25/hour
Position Overview:
The Campfire Effect Junior Integrator is responsible for implementing and troubleshooting basic integrations for our external client base. The Integrators routinely work closely with the Process Team and are crucial to our implementation success.

Your Team:
This position reports to the Founder. The Junior Integrator is also responsible for working closely with any contracted Integrations team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Clearly communicating deadlines and changes to team
Create, customize, and manage new Trello boards
Oversee projects of varying size and scope to completion
Funnel Management
Oversee and report on funnel statistics
Make minor adjustments to funnel as needed to elevate performance
Speaking Preparation
Order form management
Oversee shipment of booth and all other needed supplies
Auditing of contracts as needed to make sure all deliverables are met
Integrations and Automation
Ability to create integrations between systems/software
Ability to function autonomously within Clickfunnels and InfusionSoft
Client Relations
Closely monitor client payments to ensure deadlines are met
Document missed payments and follow up with client as needed
Sales Tracking
Oversee the reporting of our sales team
Oversee commissions paid on client accounts
Update sales tracking platforms as needed

Key Performance Indicators:
Projects are being completed on time and the team is informed on how to collaborate
All files and company processes are digitally filed and updated weekly
All integrations created correctly and within the specified timeframe. Ideal candidate has a minimum of one year experience with integrations, automations, and project management.
Able to work on their own, with little direction on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have the attitude and organizational abilities to understand what tasks need to be accomplished and complete them in a timely manner with few reminders.
Professional/Educational Background:
Developer or similar role in the past, proficient in writing in the english language, can write with little to no grammatical or syntax errors.
