Required Data Cleansing,Data Scraping,Database Programming,Georeferencing,Python freelancer for Junior Programmer to Geocode a list of adresses job

We are looking for a Junior programmer to help us geocode some unclear adresses in a low quality file. You are welcome to use any language, although we have currently a process in Python. We will send you a sample so that you can evaluate if you can do the job. If this job goes well, we will have more work for you as our whole geocoding process needs to be improved.

We currently have lists of poorly validated addresses, we have used ESRI to geocode them, but a lot of the lat/lons are wrong.

What we need:

1) This to be programmed and done automatically (no manual entry) so that we can reuse the process
2) You will also create a process to do a sanity check of the results.
3) You will need to manually validate some outliers (around 10% of locations)

We will train you and provide guidance through the process.
