Required Adobe Illustrator,AutoCAD,Inkscape,Laser Engraving freelancer for Laser-cut Jewellery Design job

I want someone to make me a lazer-design file in either:
Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape or AutoCAD.

This is for a jewellery design I want to replicate. There are a variety of phrases I want to be able to engrave in different materials (i.e. wood + acrylic).

The jewellery design as photo will share with shortlisted candidates. It is text that goes left in a semi circle at the top and goes left in a semi circle at the bottom.

Any more questions, please let me know but I hope it is easy enough and I will pay $50.
