Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Position Summary:
The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to qualifying leads, setting up sales appointments, and other sales support activities for the company which provides third party IT maintenance services.
Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads
Identify appropriate decision makers within target client's organisation
Act as the primary contact with new clients
Manage and coordinate calendar for sales appointments
Research and build database of potential clients
Identify ways for continuous improvement of processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience of working with IT client
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Experience of handling international clients
Experience of managing teams
Compensation:
400USD per month.
50USD per lead (after our company gets the first payment from the the new client brought by Lead Generation Specialist)
Schedule:
Working days: 5
Working hours: 8 daily basis
Working timings: 5pm to 1am Philippines time
