For the services marketplace we are have implemented Google Tag Manager, as well as Enhanced Analytics E-Commerce with data layers to track all transactions along the conversion funnel.
We are looking for an A/B testing and conversion optimization expert who:
- Uses the Lean Start-up framework of build-measure-learn to validate hypotheses and optimize for end-user value
- Can analyze the analytics data (i.e. KPIs, funnel drop-off rates, etc.) and deduce conversion optimization recommendations
- Can craft hypotheses to be tested (learn), define and set-up the KPIs to be tracked (measure) and implement the A/B tests on our website (Drupal 8 front-end and AngularJS order process) (measure)
- Proactively makes recommendations on how to improve conversion rate, based on existing campaigns, customer cohorts and more
Your profile:
- Expert in hypothesis validation and testing using the Lean Start-up framework
- Proven track record with e-commerce marketplaces
- Fluent in English
- Works independently and takes responsibility for goals, KPIs and deliverables
- Good communicator
