Helpdesk/Customer Service Specialist

Some prior technical knowledge and/or call centre or sales experience is required!
A typical day in the life might include:
Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers
Capture the nature of the technical issue and explain to new customers how our service works
Schedule appointments with the right technician for the job
Resolve customer concerns and post service queries
Provide friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field technicians
