The Operations Support role is a customer focused position that will engage directly with customers via our live chat system: Intercom. This position will be focused on providing top-quality customer service for customers at any point in their Sogro lifecycle (entry, ongoing, outgoing).
This position will execute operations in the following categories:
New user existing setup (live and established)
Virtual server checks
Live communications (support & sales inquiries)
Account maintenance
Additional projects as assigned
Skill set necessary for position consideration:
Command of English language
Complex problem solving
Ability to track tasks and completed tasks
Prompt and efficient communication skills
Ability to complete repetitive tasks and provide feedback for process improvements
Ability to handle multiple accounts, systems, and communication channels simultaneously
Experience with the following software considered beneficial
Intercom (or similar chat system)
Slack
Google Suite
Stripe
