The application should be user friendly and color appropriate for an age range of 16-35. Calm and not too busy. It would have 4 main interfaces; The administrator, the client, the care provider and relevant supporting agencies. Most activities on it would be interactive related between clients and providers. Data gathering and confidential record keeping measures would also have to be in place for creating periodic reporting formats for the Administrative arm.
