I have a content marketing business through my Youtube channels - we have viewers watch videos, then go off of Youtube to a custom domain to sign up with their email address.

Your job is to 10x the number of daily email subscriptions from Youtube, via:

1. Generating ideas for around 10 new lead magnets (different types you think would convert)
2. A/b testing different lead magnet TYPES as well as COPY
3. Providing analytics on conversion rates based on those tests
4. Test different methods & calls to action from Youtube > my lead magnets
5. Optimizing email newsletter 'confirmed' subscribers vs. junk subscribers
