Required Accounting freelancer for Looking for an experienced Equity Crowdfunding Consultant job

We are a small startup that is building a fintech related mobile application that is ready to change the rules. The new app is safer and more secure and quicker than the traditional ways to make the payments. However, we need money and we are looking for a fundraising. So we have selected Crowdcude (that may be changed after a discussion with you). So we are looking for an experienced equity crowdfunding consultant. Previous experience is needed.
