Required PHP,Website Development freelancer for Looking for an experienced Web Developer for Download APK File Script job

I need one PHP Developer who can create one simple PHP script with Database.
For example, user visit one page, it will show 10 seconds countdown timer.
then user will wait 10 seconds, then Download button appears on page. After user click download button, APK file starts download.

But there's one catch, real download link of APK file must not show in source code. Once user click download button, then fetch download link from database and start download the file to user.

I have example webpage, you have to create similar to this (which i can share in messages).

You also have to create one small admin panel from where i can add new app's download link, app name, app logo, file name, file size.
