Eccotemp Systems, LLC. is an American company based in South Carolina that manufactures Tankless Water Heaters. We are looking for an individual that is excellent in Customer Service Relations, proficient in the English language, has experience with Zendesk, comfortable with cold-calls, troubleshooting over the phone, sales experience, great at multi-tasking, and has a background that is comfortable with using live-chat. Our hours are M-F, 9am - 8pm EST. and we are looking for someone to work full-time (40hrs/week). This will be a work from home job, so you need to be sure that you have the adequate tools to handle the job: headphones, computer, quiet space, internet, etc.)Your shift will either be 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST
