Required SEO,Social Media,Social Marketing,Social Networking freelancer for Looking for Expert in SEO and Social Media Marketing job

Hello,

I have 2 website developed in yii2 framework. I need someone who can completely take over the SEO aspect of the website and consistently update it and tweak it to reach first page (eventually) and increase the sales.
Freelancer should be able to modify website (or suggest modifications) to optimize search engine research, create internal links and external links, post the web link on Facebook, Twitter etc.
If the work is effective, the job can be extended to carry out ideas suggested by freelancer
