We have our ecommerce site that is build on open cart 3.X
currently we have issues like

1- we are receiving huge number of missing orders , which are showing in missing orders , and some orders are successfully done from user angel but from admin side we are not seeing any trace of the order, user even receiving email with the order details, and we don't have record of it not even in the missing orders,
2- we need to be able to do order editing easily , means : if an order that is placed and one item not in stock, we need to be able to edit the order and delete the item from the order and click save without affecting the rest of the items quantity or risking the inventory actually count.
