I am looking for someone to help me with the following exercise.
The instructor gave us a historical database of 'lottery' that is composed of 4 numbers (1 to 42)
Assumptions:
Numbers can vary from 1 to 42
Numbers are mutually exclusive ( no repetition)
All numbers are uniformly distributed
Order is not important
Exercice:
Assume that it is a lottery game and you are picking 4 random numbers out of 42; if you select the exact numbers you win irrespective of the order
You have to build an algorithm or a program in order to predict the 4 numbers of the next draw using the historical draws.
I have limited knowledge in Python and ML, so i am looking for someone who can help me build an algorithm using any relevant class in python or excel at a low budget. please submit your best bid.
I will share excel file for reference with shortlisted candidates.
