This role is for a professional CAD Designer using our proven methodology with system specifications for the Audio Visual, Security, Voice, Data and Wifi technologies. Knowledge of these components and experience with require cable infrastructure that inter-connects them is a must. As a part of this role you will work with other professionals on each stage of a given project, from the original design phase to final submittals. Knowledge of Design Specifications is required as well as excellent communication skills so that you can follow up with team members for quick turnaround. Successful individuals will work from home, have their own computer with up to date software and be available to make edits to our drawings.

Please Note: We are not interested in candidates who simply "Cut & Paste" as that is a waste of time. We are looking for someone who has the basic knowledge of these systems and can represent those requirements on DWG files.

We are a growing technology architect specializing in Audio Visual, Security, Voice & Data/ WiFi technologies and we looking for a responsible, highly motivated individual who is ready to take on the responsibilities of generating DWG files with our organization as well as edit/prepare specifications for the solutions we design. Our ideal candidate will be able to take the Architectural and MEP and Furniture/ID drawings, move them to our title block and remove layers that are not relevant to the technology deployment. They will populate our design requirements using our standards and define/redefine the specifications accordingly. Floor Plans, RCPs, Elevations etc will all be required to uphold the high standards of our organization. The successful associates will Constantly Strive to meet all design objectives and present himself/herself in a professional manner that will exceed the customers' expectations.

The 'Must Have' Key to Success :

Must be able to Generate Drawings with quick turnaround and have an eye for detail
Must have the ability to develop/edit our specifications based on the given design concepts.
Must be Driven to Succeed / A Self Starter who is willing to learn a proven system
Must have Strong Communication skills and Know the General Principles of Technology Design
Must be able to work with our team and resources to meet/ exceed our client expectations
