Required Data Science & Analytics,Data Mining & Management freelancer for Machine Learning & Software Dev Project job

I'm looking to create a software that can identify lists (list of companies) on websites and pull the company names into an excel file or google sheet.

Input: Website URL with the list

Output: Excel file - column A with company name

Problem: Lists come in many different shapes and sizes. Right now a human needs to identify what is a Company vs just writing/text and what is a list. Sometimes the lists are in tables, sometimes they are wrapped differently.

Data for machine learning: I have hundreds of links with lists + data from the lists (done by humans) for the computer to build a model from. Hopefully it is enough data to teach the software the best parameters to identify a list, and it should keep learning as it gets smarter.
