Required EasyLanguage freelancer for Mail Forwarding web site job

I need to build a Mail forwarding web site.

This web site goal is to forward items to customer outside the USA where amazon and eBay (for example) cannot ship the items to their countries.

Here are the steps:
1) Customers all over the world buy items from amazon and eBay and ship them to US address.
2) Once we receive the item, we upload a picture of the item to the web site and write the description.
3) Customer will be notified by email or SMS that his item is in his mailbox.
4) The customer will log on to the web site and choose his item and make ship order to his country,
5) Once we receive the customer order, we will repack the package and send it to his country via ARAMEX or DHL.
6) Customer will be paying for shipping fees once he places his shipping order.
