The attached plumbing mark-ups will need to be drafted into Revit 2019. Go-by (example work) PDF plans will be provided for the freelancer's use. The successful freelancer should be very capable with Revit and have access to the program. The mark-ups will need to be completed and returned to the client by the end of day. Once we have chosen a freelancer, we will email the latest Revit plumbing model to be used.
The plans are for sanitary piping. All work is drawn as PVC pipe. Pipe sizes are shown on the floor plans for drafting purposes. Pipe sizes do not need to be shown on the floor plans. The pipe sizes shall be shown on the riser diagrams, which are not part of the scope of work. (The rainwater piping shall not be drawn. Roof drains, overflow drains and associated piping shall not be part of the current scope.)
The piping depth shall be at the invert shown at the exterior. The pipe shall be drawn flat from the exterior invert.
Fixture tag (i.e. toilets, water cooler, floor drains) shall be included on the floor plans.
