Modeling/Analysis:
Assistance requested for full scale FEA modeling of single story FRP building structures that range in size of 1000 sf to 3000 sf. FEA Model shall be constructed in the latest version of RISA 3d version 16.0 or ETABS 2016 under direction and supervision of the projects Engineer of Record/Responsible Firm. Modeling/Analysis shall be performed using US Customary Units. Analysis Model shall be created to perform accurate analysis results free of errors. Any conflicts in information provided for modeling shall be recognized and resolved prior to start of modeling efforts. Design criteria, loading criteria, material properties, 3D model in Sketch-up, and plans in AutoCAD will be provided for use during modeling, all in US Customary Units. Any additional information required shall be requested prior to start of modeling efforts. Final deliverable shall be a fully functioning FEA model capable of providing accurate analysis results as deemed so by the Engineer of Record/Responsible Firm for the project.
Report:
Assistance requested to review, assess, and create a report using analysis input/results from FEA model. Report shall be provided in English with SI units. Report shall be provided using the latest version of Microsoft Word. Final deliverable shall be a report in PDF format and in Microsoft Word Report that will verify the structure meets applicable US building codes as deemed so by the Engineer of Record/Responsible Firm for the project
