Need ALL the contacts from my Gmail Account that was ever contacted (sent & inbox)

hi i need to get thousands of contacts I have emailed over the years through 'sent' and through regular gmail inbox. I dont know how to get all the contacts other than going one by one and copying/pasting them into an excel sheet. Do you know a faster way? if so, please help me get every email address I've ever contacted.
