Required Databases,File Management,Project Management freelancer for Need help setting up BOX-based folder architecture, permissions for a small global company job

We're using Box for all our file storage and external/internal sharing and are looking for approaches to deal with the waterfall permissions limitations and to streamline our folder architecture.
