We are looking for the Spanish (South America) speaking support team member, who will be handling our customer care requests fast and qualitative.
It will be a job in the team that will require a lot of proficiency and client-centric approach.
You will have a team lead for cooperation and reporting on any issues.
Responsibilities:
- Replying to the customer care inquiries in HelpScout (help desk software)
- Providing quick and tolerate support to our clients (Spanish writing)
- Reporting on the issues to the team lead
- Communication with the team lead in Skype on request
Requirements:
- Experience working as a support team member
- Ability to speak/write in English and Spanish for reporting/communication with the team lead
- Experience using HelpScout (preferred, but not required)
