We are looking for a VoIP consultant to assist us on discovering and establishing phone solutions for our business. We currently use Call Rail but need a system that can integrate with our Filemaker database. The application must be able to do the following:

1. Tracking numbers for marketing sources, including PPC & SEO keyword pools.
2. Replace with GA = form tracking (where a user came from to submit a form)
3. Call recordings
4. Customer timeline/activity log - web visit info, all call & text info
5. Dial out ability
6. Inbound softphone pickup
7. Automatic call routing (call flow)
8. Call flow design ability
9. IN/Outbound text ability - teamwide
